EMPLOYMENT DATA PROTECTION SERIES

Data privacy considerations impact all parts of the employment life cycle; from background checks and the use of AI during recruitment to surveillance and diversity monitoring, employers are constantly handling employee personal data. As workplaces ramp up their digital transformation strategies to anticipate future of work trends, employment data compliance has clearly become a priority for employers.

The Asia Employment, Pensions and Incentives practice invites you to join a four-part series on employment data protection across Asia. We hope you will be able to join us for one or more of the sessions depending on your areas of interest.
