Leading up to your first Pulse Check it's important to let staff know about them and why you are sending them! Sharing the following video can be a quick way to get the message out on social media or in a digital newsletter. Even after Pulse Checks begin, it's great to re-share relevant content, such as this video or these social media graphics, to encourage your staff to keep responding!
